This notice applies to Texas residents acting in an individual or household context (not commercial/employment). Zentriscan conducts business in Texas and processes personal data of Texas consumers.

Verification: Account login + email confirmation or last 4 payment digits.
6. No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against consumers exercising TDPSA rights (no denial of service, price increases, or service degradation).
7. Third-Party Sharing
Personal data shared with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) – transaction processing
- Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) – delivery
- Hosting (Namecheap) – service operation
- Analytics (Google Analytics) – anonymized traffic
We do NOT sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
8. Sensitive Data
Zentriscan collects NO sensitive personal data (SSN, health info, biometric data, precise geolocation).
9. Children’s Data
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parental consent required for ages 13-17.
10. Universal Opt-Out (Effective Jan 1, 2025)
Texas consumers may opt-out of data processing via universal mechanisms. Zentriscan honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically.
11. Appeals Process
Denied requests may be appealed within 60 days:

- Provide additional verification

12. Data Retention
Personal data retained only as necessary:
- Transaction records: 7 years (tax law)
- Account data: Duration of relationship
- Support tickets: 2 years
- Analytics: Anonymized after 24 months
