Refund and Returns Policy

Section 1 โ€“ Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, Zentriscan cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories included. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested by emailing info@zentriscan.com before sending any product back.

Unsolicited or unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Section 2 โ€“ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (including food, flowers, or time-sensitive items)
  • Digital downloads, software licenses, or activation codes
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials
  • Items sold within promotional bundles or as discounted โ€œfinal saleโ€ items
  • Certain health and personal care items (excluded for hygiene and safety reasons)

Zentriscan reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items show wear, damage, or missing parts not caused by Zentriscanโ€™s error.


Section 3 โ€“ Partial or Conditional Refunds

At Zentriscanโ€™s sole discretion, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned beyond 30 days but within 45 days of delivery
  • Books or physical media showing light signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items returned incomplete or missing non-essential components

Refund eligibility is determined after inspection. Zentriscanโ€™s inspection and approval are final.


Section 4 โ€“ Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, Zentriscan will email you with approval or rejection status.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days after approval.
Zentriscan issues refunds only to the original payment sourceโ€”no cash or alternate refund methods will be provided.


Section 5 โ€“ Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer or bank about pending transactions.
  3. If delays persist, emailย info@zentriscan.comย for verification.

Section 6 โ€“ Sale Items

Only regular-priced merchandise may be refunded.
Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange unless required by law.


Section 7 โ€“ Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items verified by Zentriscan after inspection.
To initiate an exchange, email info@zentriscan.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Do not send any product without written authorization.


Section 8 โ€“ Gift Purchases

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, Zentriscan will issue a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item after inspection.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the buyer.


Section 9 โ€“ Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Zentriscan sent a defective or incorrect item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if prepaid by Zentriscan.

For items over $100, you are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Zentriscan will not accept liability for returns lost in transit.


Section 10 โ€“ Fraud and Chargeback Policy

Fraudulent refunds, unauthorized disputes, or chargebacks will be investigated. Zentriscan reserves the right to provide full delivery and transaction documentation to banks and payment processors.
Unfounded chargeback activity may result in account suspension and potential civil recovery for losses incurred.


Section 11 โ€“ Governing Law

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, County of Galveston.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Zentriscan Terms of Service.
