Cancellation policy

Section 1 – Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription from Zentriscan, you expressly authorize recurring deliveries or services based on the billing frequency and duration selected at checkout. Each billing period constitutes a separate, independent order under this agreement and Zentriscan’s Terms of Service.

Your payment method will be securely stored with PCI-compliant processors and automatically charged for each renewal period unless canceled per this policy. You affirm this recurring authorization remains active until explicitly canceled.

Section 2 – Auto-Renewal and Renewal Notice

Certain subscriptions automatically renew at term end to ensure uninterrupted service. Renewal charges apply at the prevailing rate unless modified with notice.

Zentriscan provides email renewal reminders 5–10 days prior where required by law (FTC ROSCA, Texas ARL §601.051). Cancellation before the next billing date prevents future charges.

Section 3 – Cancellation Terms

Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle using any of these methods:

  • Click cancellation links in order confirmation/renewal emails
  • Access “Manage Subscription” in your Zentriscan account dashboard
  • Email info@zentriscan.com with order number

Cancellations are effective at current period end. No prorated refunds issue for partial periods except where mandated by law. Cancellation confirmation emails serve as your receipt.

Section 4 – Prepaid and Fixed-Term Subscriptions

Prepaid fixed-term subscriptions are non-cancelable mid-term once fulfillment begins (service delivery, access granted, or product shipped). Benefits continue through term end; no further billing occurs unless renewal opted-in.

Section 5 – Modifications and Upgrades

Subscription plan changes take effect next billing cycle. Zentriscan may adjust pricing/service levels with 30 days’ written notice via email or site posting. Continued use post-notice = acceptance.

Section 6 – Payment Authorization

You expressly authorize Zentriscan and processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to charge your payment method per stated frequency. This is a continuing authorization until canceled.

Failed payments trigger service suspension until resolved. Three consecutive failures = automatic termination without refund.

Section 7 – Refunds

Cancellation refunds governed by Refunds & Returns PolicyNo refunds for completed/current billing periods unless legally required. Zentriscan’s inspection/approval is final.

Section 8 – Account Termination by Zentriscan

Zentriscan may immediately suspend/terminate subscriptions for:

  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Payment disputes without merit
  • Service misuse or Terms violation

No refunds/credits issue for abuse-related terminations.

Section 9 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed exclusively by Texas law (Galveston County jurisdiction). All disputes subject to binding arbitration per Zentriscan’s Terms of Service. You waive class actions/jury trials.
