2. How We Define “Sale” (CCPA)
Zentriscan does NOT “sell” personal data as defined by CCPA. We do not exchange personal data for money or other valuable consideration. Sharing for “business purposes” (payment processing, shipping) is NOT a sale.
3. Personal Data We Collect
Categories collected over past 12 months:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, address)
- Payment information (last 4 card digits)
- Commercial info (services purchased)
- Internet activity (IP address, browser type)
- Professional info (business contact details)
4. How to Submit a Privacy Request
Email: privacy@zentriscan.com
Subject: “CCPA/TDPSA Privacy Request”
Include:
- Full name
- Email address used with Zentriscan
- Specific right requested (access, delete, correct)
- Verification details (order number, last 4 payment digits)
Response Time: 45 days (extendable 45 days with notice)
5. Verification Process
We verify identity using:
- Account login + email confirmation
- Order history + payment details
- Government ID (sensitive requests only)
6. Authorized Agents
Submit written authorization signed by you + agent verification.
7. Appeals Process
If denied, appeal within 45 days to privacy@zentriscan.com with:
- Original request details
- Reason for disagreement
- Additional verification
Response: 45-90 days.
8. No Financial Incentive
We do not offer discounts for waiving CCPA rights or charge fees for exercising rights.
9. Minors Under 16
Parental consent required for data collection from minors under 16.
10. Texas Residents (TDPSA)
Texas residents have identical rights under TDPSA. Same process applies.
11. Changes to This Notice
Updates posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
